Swish Hospitality was engaged to upgrade the audio-visual systems at Club York as part of the club’s refurbishment. The project included replacing all speakers across Ground Level, Level 1, and Level 2, and implementing an advanced Crestron control and audio matrix system. Meeting and event rooms were enhanced with collaboration screens, interactive whiteboards, and a large 132″ LED display in the Red Room. All microphones were replaced, and the system was fully automated with presets for both day and night trade, providing staff with a seamless, professional AV experience.

Following the success of this initial engagement, Black Gold Motel re-engaged Swish Hospitality to fit out their brand-new meeting rooms and event centre. This included installation of collaboration screens, virtual conferencing cameras, motorized projection screens, microphones, and lapel microphones. The entire system was automated through smart technology, making the meeting and event spaces effortless to use. The owners and guests alike have been thrilled with the results, contributing to consistently high room rebookings.

In addition, Swish supplied a licensed music solution for each club, enhancing atmosphere and boosting member and guest retention. Each venue received a dedicated AV rack, providing MATV and modulation for all in-house channels, high-quality amplifiers, and an audio matrix system to manage multiple audio sources and room-specific volume control.
The success of these deployments has earned ongoing appreciation from the CEO and club general managers, with Swish now considered part of the St Johns Park family.
