Furama Darling Harbour 390 Room Hotel

Swish Hospitality upgraded the hotel’s MATV system, delivering a full replacement of in-room TVs and cabling to each endpoint. Our Hotel TV solution with integrated casting eliminated ongoing pay TV costs while giving guests a seamless streaming experience. The platform also provided the hotel with a simple way to share branded and promotional content across all guestroom TVs, enhancing both guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

 

Given the success of this project, Furama invited Swish Hospitality to deliver the same solution at two of their Singapore properties — Furama City Centre 445 Rooms and Furama Riverfront 615 Rooms
Club York Sydney

Club York Sydney

Swish Hospitality was engaged to upgrade the audio-visual systems at Club York as part of the club’s refurbishment. The project included replacing all speakers across Ground Level, Level 1, and Level 2, and implementing an advanced Crestron control and audio matrix system. Meeting and event rooms were enhanced with collaboration screens, interactive whiteboards, and a large 132″ LED display in the Red Room. All microphones were replaced, and the system was fully automated with presets for both day and night trade, providing staff with a seamless, professional AV experience.

Black Gold

Black Gold Motel

Swish Hospitality was commissioned to install a cloud-based digital signage solution and enhance the guest experience with our Hotel TV solution and secure casting platform. Guests could now stream their favorite apps, including Netflix, Disney+, and over 94,000 other streaming services, creating a true “home away from home” experience. The platform also enabled the owners to deliver targeted content directly to guest rooms, improving communication and boosting on-site sales.
 

Following the success of this initial engagement, Black Gold Motel re-engaged Swish Hospitality to fit out their brand-new meeting rooms and event centre. This included installation of collaboration screens, virtual conferencing cameras, motorized projection screens, microphones, and lapel microphones. The entire system was automated through smart technology, making the meeting and event spaces effortless to use. The owners and guests alike have been thrilled with the results, contributing to consistently high room rebookings.

St Johns Park

St Johns Park Bowling Group of Clubs

Swish Hospitality was engaged to install a cloud-based digital signage solution across St Johns Park Bowling Club and, following its success, extended the deployment to all other group clubs, including Wallacia Country Club, Club Balmain, Tuncurry Beach Bowling Club, and Mollymook Beach Club—a total of 87 signage screens. We also implemented management of all LED signage, both indoors and outdoors, for a consistent and engaging member experience.
 

In addition, Swish supplied a licensed music solution for each club, enhancing atmosphere and boosting member and guest retention. Each venue received a dedicated AV rack, providing MATV and modulation for all in-house channels, high-quality amplifiers, and an audio matrix system to manage multiple audio sources and room-specific volume control.

 

The success of these deployments has earned ongoing appreciation from the CEO and club general managers, with Swish now considered part of the St Johns Park family.

Ultimo Hotel 95 Rooms

Swish Hospitality upgraded all in-room televisions across the hotel’s 95 rooms, implementing our Hotel TV solution with integrated casting to give guests a seamless streaming experience. To further enhance connectivity, we installed new Wi-Fi access points in every room and replaced outdated network switches that had been causing ongoing issues for the owner.
 

As Swish is also an ISP, we supplied enterprise-grade internet and fibre to the hotel, along with management of both guest room and hotel staff phone systems, ensuring a reliable, fully integrated solution to support hotel operations and guest services.
